Origins
Ross Smith Media has been the vision of Paul Ross and Olivia Griffin for the last year. The two got their start as College event Promoters for The University of Pittsburgh. After meeting a local designer who offered unique designs and the ability to print full color postcards their events began to take on a fresh new look and feel, a look and feel that helped to form Paul Ross Productions. Over the next three years Paul Ross Productions became one of the premier college promotion groups in the Pittsburgh area. Their success included, but was not limited to throwing over twenty events as well as putting together one of the largest Homecoming parties in the history of The University of Pittsburgh.
Ross Smith Media offers three main products: Design, Print, and Promotional Products. By taking the time to create a successful and well known company strong relationships have been built with representatives in Buffalo, NY, Cleveland, OH, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, PA, Baltimore, MD, and Washington D.C.
For a company that offers so much one might wonder who handles the many different tasks --- two full time designers and a hard working group of individuals that handle the shipping and file receiving make up the remainder of the staff. As a company we offer not only one of the best lines of postcards and printed materials in the region but they also have unique products to help promote your business, some of which include: pens, pencils, t-shirts, polo shirts and much more.
Sales Staff
Paul Ross - Regional Manger (Ohio, Pennsylvania,
Maryland)
Paul Ross is a former University of Pittsburgh electrical engineering student who has started one of the premier college event planning and promotions companies in the Greater Pittsburgh area 2002-present (Paul Ross Productions). Over the last year Paul has been building Ross Smith Media with RS MEDIA GROUP, LLC. He has been using his talents as an event promoter, business talents from working for a top engineering firm, and his work with one of the top promotional firms in the Midwest to develop the company.

Olivia Griffin - Branch Manager (Western PA Division)
Olivia Griffin is a Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Psychology. While attending the University of Pittsburgh she was one of the partners in Paul Ross Productions. Together over the last three years she and Paul Ross planned and promoted 20+ events. In the past year she has been working with RS MEDIA GROUP.LLC and Paul Ross Productions in the development of a firm that would be able to provide three unique services (design, print, and promotional products). Olivia Griffin has been instrumental in finding our Pittsburgh office, outlets for our promotional products, and the overall look of Ross Smith Media.

Zack - Sales Rep/Street Team
Leader
Zack has been a loyal member of the Paul Ross Productions team over the last three years. So when the time cam to develop Ross Smith Media, there was no doubt that Zack would be involved. By using his talents from event promotions Zack was a natural sales representative for Ross Smith Media.

Lamoy Stephens -Sales Rep
Lamoy Stephens is a Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. As a former athlete for the University of Pittsburgh (Track and Field) she brings dedication and passion to anything she is involved with. That is why we love having her on our sales team because we know Lamoy is always going to put the client first. While a valued member of our sales team Lamoy is also continuing her Graduate Studies at the University of Pittsburgh.
Design Staff
JK - Lead Designer
JK is an honors graduate with a four year degree in graphic arts and marketing. JK's resume includes five years of real world design and marketing experience in dealing with Fortune 500 companies and professional sports franchises. A jack of all trades with a commitment to excellence, JK provides the ability to develop a broad range of artwork that meets and exceeds our client's expectations.

Treci Johnson - Creative Director
Treci Johnson is a senior at the University of Pittsburgh. Treci is known as "the BIG IDEA" person for our company. Treci has given us great ideas for new and innovative flyers that helped our clients events stand out from other flyers in the Pittsburgh and Maryland area. Besides her creative flyer ideas Treci has also helped with videography and film editing. She is a great talent to have on our staff thanks to her international travels last year through the University of Pittsburgh Semester at Sea program. Look for Treci's work in the PITT NEWS where she is a staff photographer.

Erin Clarke - Content Manager
Erin Clarke is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in English Writing/Journalism. We are glad we have the ability to draw on the knowledge of such a talented writer for our clients' websites, flyers, event promotions, and so much more. Erin gained a wealth of experience as a student at the University of Pittsburgh as a staff writer for The PITT NEWS and she has written articles for WQED's PITTSBURGH Magazine. We are looking forward to seeing more great print work from this writer in the near future.
Razwel Reed - Editor and/or of written material
Razwel Reed is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Communications. While at Pitt Razwel interned with Pittsburgh's ESPN Radio, WTAE-TV, Radio Disney, and the Sports Media Relations Department at The University of Pittsburgh. By taking from these many different experiences she will be providing Ross Smith Media with any written materials that will be needed for company development i.e. website, proposals, and press releases. We are very happy to have her as a part of our team.
